Data deletion.
You can delete your crub account and everything in it at any time, or keep your account and remove only what came from Gmail.
Delete your account
- Sign in at app.crub.co.
- Open Settings, then Account.
- Choose Delete account, type
DELETEto confirm, and confirm.
crub then revokes its access to your Google account and deletes your profile, companies, people, campaigns, deliverables, invoices, lists, notes, tasks, files, the email it stored from Gmail and your forwarding address, the AI results drawn from them, and finally your sign-in account. This is completed within 30 days, and copies in backups are removed in the normal backup cycle, typically within 90 days.
Afterwards, Google may still list crub among the apps that can use your Google sign-in. You can remove it from your Google Account permissions page.
Disconnect Gmail and keep your account
- Sign in at app.crub.co.
- Open Settings, then Email sync.
- Choose Disconnect Gmail.
crub stops reading your mailbox immediately, revokes its access with Google, and deletes the email text, attachment details and AI results that came from Gmail within 30 days. Your companies, people, campaigns and invoices stay exactly as they are.
Remove crub from your Google account
Go to your Google Account permissions, select crub, and choose to remove its access. This stops crub reading or sending email. It does not delete what crub already stored; to do that, disconnect Gmail in crub or delete your account.
Ask us by email
If you cannot sign in, or prefer that we handle it, email privacy@crub.co from the address on your crub account and ask us to delete your data. We confirm within 30 days.
Leave the waitlist
Email privacy@crub.co from the address you signed up with and we remove you within 30 days. If you never confirmed your email, your details are deleted after 7 days anyway.
What we may keep
Only what the law requires us to keep, for as long as it requires, and nothing more. The privacy policy has the details.
